Keep the visible identity coherent#
Use a stable display name and a domain that matches the relationship your reader expects. A display name is not the same thing as the domain alignment checked by authentication systems. Treat the two as separate review items.
Audit the whole message#
Check From, Reply-To, the subject, signature and linked domains together. Unexpected changes can confuse recipients even when a message authenticates correctly. Send yourself a test from the actual campaign platform rather than relying on the editor preview.
Make replies useful#
A recipient should have a clear route to a person or a monitored support queue. If a reply is routed elsewhere, test that path too. Consistency supports recognition; it is not a promise that a mailbox provider will choose the inbox.
