Confirm scope with the client#
Document the list owner, its source and what you are allowed to change. Distinguish reporting from suppression changes and permanent deletion. Keep each client’s data separate even when the same team works on both accounts.
Make a reviewable report#
Include counts, status reasons, observation dates and the settings used for deduplication. Preserve contact IDs so the client can match results safely. Separate provider-checked records from local format checks in both exports and summaries.
Close the loop#
Return a proposed action list and confirm who owns the next send. Current MailMaid reports are scoped to one signed-in account. Shared agency credit pools, client subaccounts and member permissions remain planned controls, not live capabilities.
